समर शेष है, नहीं पाप का भागी केवल व्याध। जो तटस्थ हैं, समय लिखेगा उनका भी अपराध। समर शेष है, अभी मनुज का अदम्य शोणित बाकी है। विचारों के भी रक्तपात की अभी अग्नि बाकी है। समर शेष है, देश अभी भी अंधकार में डूबा है। साक्षी है इतिहास, अभी तक मानव मुक्ति रुका है। समर शेष है, स्वार्थ भरी दुनिया में जीवन व्यर्थ न हो। जन-गण के सपनों का भारत कभी अपूर्ण न हो।
