Iterating on TerraIntel, a real-time residential new-construction intelligence platform tracking builder pricing adjustments and GIS parcel layouts in Las Vegas and Henderson. Simultaneously maintaining MarketMatrix, executing automated daily Python stock scanners and Stage 2 trend breakout algorithms via GitHub Actions.

Engineered a pure TypeScript astronomical calculation engine for Vedic Kundali & Palmistry, computing Lahiri Ayanamsa, D-9 Navamsha matrices, Vimshottari Dasha cycles, and transit predictions client-side. Also created the Daily Urdu Shayari Reader with phonetic Devanagari word-boundary tokenization and synchronized Edge-TTS audio recitation.
