श्रद्धा का जीवन-क्रम सुन्दर सृष्टि-प्रवाह सा चलता था, मनु का जीवन-श्रम दुर्बल उसके साथ ही ढलता था। आशा का आलोक अरुण, अपनी किरणों में भरता था, उषा का नव-रंग मधुर, सृष्टि-पथ पर झरता था।

Shraddha's beautiful life-cycle Flowed like the current of creation, Manu's life-effort, though weak, Waned alongside hers. The dawn-light of hope, Filled itself with its rays, The sweet new colors of dawn, Sprinkled upon creation's path.
